During our story times, Moms and Dads can relax as our “readers” share positive, encouraging stories to uplift your children and fill their hearts and minds with a sense of wonder, stirring their imagination. So, stop by enjoy some conversation and relaxation with other adults while your children enjoy a time of learning and imagination. Join us during the school year, every 2nd Thursday of the month.
Kid's Craft Day Program
Do you remember when children had great times of invention, playing with sticks, leaves, empty thread spools, and empty toilet paper rolls? These items used to be standard fair in households. You and your children can revisit those days and do so much more every third Saturday from 9:30 am – 11:30 am. Join us for “Kid craft” days where your children, pre-K through 12, can stir the feeling of invention and discovery away from their electronics, learning to use their own skills and imaginations to create their own special treasures. Coming soon…special craft days designed for small groups.
Illuminate Tutoring Program
Our children are learning many things in so many new ways. It is hard for us to keep up, and at times, it is especially hard for our children. Every Monday evening at 6PM – 8PM free tutoring is available for any subject from 1st to 12th grade.
Crochet & Knitting
Textiles have kept us warm for thousands of years, protected us from the elements, and added design and color to our lives. Our team meets every Monday from 10AM until Noon, continuing this tradition and teaching others to appreciate the skills necessary to excel at this craft.

Every once in a while, your child needs a haircut. A local barber and a local hairstylist regularly come together at our building to provide free haircuts. Quality styling is free, and if they are in need, we have high-quality and stylish sneakers so every child walks away from head to toe feeling fresh and new!
